100% glass sculpture in bespoke glass with copper trim case for wall hanging or table top.

I imagined the majestic owl flying low across the fields with such grace and power as I laid down glass powder and started to carve the shape and detail of this large feather. The birch bark is created in a similar fashion with layers of glass powder and tools used to create texture. The glass is fired separately in the kiln and then assembled together in the custom glass display box.
