An abstraction of a hollow log interpreted in black and green is sharing space with Aleuria Aurantia (often referred to as Orange Peel. Despite it’s bright colours it is an edible fungi in the forest. It is usually found on the ground but my imagination put them up in the light. I am attracted to the symbiotic relationships in the forest. It is a reminder that we all need each other. We give each other sustenance.
